Refund Policy

Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges, so no refunds apply. You can use the Free plan for as long as you want with no payment required.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Starter at £39/month or Growth at £99/month) and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first payment only. It does not apply to subsequent monthly renewals.

To request a refund, email support@automatyn.co within 7 days of your first charge. We will process the refund through DodoPayments within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Your data and configuration are preserved on the Free plan

No Partial Month Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel on day 10 of your billing cycle, you keep access until the end of that month but will not receive a refund for the remaining days. This applies to all renewals after the initial 7-day guarantee period.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside of the standard policy at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Extended service outages caused by us
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

If you believe you qualify for an exception, email support@automatyn.co and we will review your case.

Payment Provider

All payments and refunds are processed by DodoPayments, our merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
