Services

Automatyn provides AI agent setup and configuration services for small businesses. We install, configure, and deploy AI agents across messaging platforms including Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, and web chat.

Pricing

Our services are priced as one-time setup fees:

• Starter: $400 one-time
• Growth: $800 one-time
• Scale: $1,500 one-time
• Ongoing support: $150/month (optional)

Prices are in USD and subject to change. Quoted prices are locked at the time of booking.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all setup packages. If you are not satisfied with the setup within 14 days of completion, we will refund your payment in full. The guarantee covers the setup fee only, not ongoing support charges.

Ownership

You own the AI agent configuration we create for you. This includes the rules file, the deployment, and all custom configurations. If you cancel support, your agent continues to run. You are not locked into any subscription or platform.

What We Need From You

To complete the setup, we need access to your messaging platform accounts and a description of how you want the AI agent to communicate. We will ask questions during the setup process to configure the agent correctly.

Limitations

AI agents are not perfect. They handle routine conversations well but may make mistakes on complex or unusual requests. We configure escalation rules so difficult conversations get routed to a human. We are not responsible for decisions made by the AI agent after setup is complete.

Third Party Services

Our setups use third party AI models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, or others). These services have their own terms, pricing, and usage limits. Model API costs are separate from our setup fee and are your responsibility.
