1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of Automatyn ("we", "us", "our"), a product operated by Automatyn, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
Our service is an AI-powered WhatsApp receptionist that answers calls and messages on behalf of your business. We offer Starter (Free), Pro, and Max subscription plans.
2. Account Creation
To use Automatyn, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per business. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up. If we discover that account details are false or misleading, we may suspend or terminate your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Automatyn to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated outreach
- Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- Impersonate another person or business
- Distribute malware or attempt to access other users' accounts
- Violate WhatsApp's terms of service or any other platform's policies
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.
4. Subscription and Billing
Automatyn offers the following plans:
- Free: no charge, limited features
- Pro: $29/month
- Max: $79/month
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you originally subscribed. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms of service.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

6. Service Availability
We aim to keep Automatyn available at all times, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third-party platforms (WhatsApp, AI model providers) that are outside our control. We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible.
7. AI Limitations
Our AI receptionist handles routine conversations well, but it is not perfect. It may occasionally misinterpret messages or provide incorrect responses. You are responsible for reviewing how the AI interacts with your customers. We are not liable for any business decisions or outcomes based on AI-generated responses.
8. Limitation of Liability
Automatyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay for your subscription. If we terminate your account, we will attempt to give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data, unless the violation is severe (fraud, illegal activity, etc.).
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
